Trim is the final edge of your printed piece after it has been cut. All important text or images should be inside the safe area, away from the trim line.
Bleed is the extra image area that extends beyond the trim line of your artwork. It ensures no white edges appear after cutting. Typically, 3mm bleed is recommended for all sides.
The safe area is the space inside the trim line where all important text and logos should be placed to prevent them from being cut off. Usually 3mm inside the trim edge.
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files. For best results, submit high-resolution files (300dpi) in CMYK colour mode.
Extend your background images or colours 3mm beyond the final trim size. Most design programs allow you to add bleed guides to ensure safe setup.

Online Printing System is a prepress process that bridges the gap between online digital content and commercial print production. The process allows a print house, a client or a graphic designer to create, edit, and approve computer-based online templates during the prepress phase. This process increasingly calls for a Portable Document Format (PDF) workflow environment with output provided by digital printing.

The site currently supports eight major and popular print products as listed. We are shortly going to introduce more products like logos/mailing labels, vinyl stickers, catalogs, banners, calendars, door hangers and raised ink cards.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.

We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.

Pricing

We offer refunds or reprints for damaged, incorrect, or defective products. Custom printing errors due to customer-provided files are not eligible for refunds.
Orders can be modified within 1 hour of submission. After this, production may already be underway, and changes may not be possible.
Spot UV adds a shiny coating to specific areas of your design, making logos or images stand out. It is often used on business cards or premium brochures.
Yes, converting fonts to outlines ensures they print exactly as designed and prevents missing font issues.
Always work in CMYK colour mode, avoid RGB, and embed your images. Ordering a printed sample can help check colours before mass printing.
