Preflight Checklist

  1. Spell check and proof read your job 
  2. Document is setup to correct size 
  3. Document colour mode is set to CMYK including all images 
  4. Crop marks and fold marks are included
  5. All fonts are supplied or have been converted to curves / outlines
  6. Bleed is set to at least 2mm around all edges

What fees do you charge for credit cards?

We don't think it's fair for you to have pay more than what we advertise online. We don't believe that you should have to pay a fee for paying us.

What happens if my credit card is declined?

If your credit card payment is declined you will be notified by email and your order will be automatically placed on hold.

How will you delivery my printing?

We only use the best couriers to deliver your goods around Australia

Will I receive an email notification and tax invoice?

Yes, when you successfully place an order you will an order confirmation/tax invoice email. 

As we are running a paperless office, we do not attach any printed invoices to your goods

We offer a money back guarantee for printing that has been correctly prepared for commercial offset full colour printing. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction if artwork has not been correctly prepared for commercial offset full colour printing. 

Any queries regarding printing or finishing errors must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods by email. 

If the error is clearly identified as a printing or finishing error, all steps will be taken to rectify the problem, or re-print the job as quickly as possible.

If the problem is a result of incorrect artwork or artwork not prepared correctly for commercial offset full colour printing the client will be responsible for the reprinting and any associated costs. 

We will however provide you with a 15% discount upon reprinting as a goodwill gesture.
