We offer a money back guarantee for printing that has been correctly prepared for commercial offset full colour printing. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction if artwork has not been correctly prepared for commercial offset full colour printing. 

Any queries regarding printing or finishing errors must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods by email. 

If the error is clearly identified as a printing or finishing error, all steps will be taken to rectify the problem, or re-print the job as quickly as possible.

If the problem is a result of incorrect artwork or artwork not prepared correctly for commercial offset full colour printing the client will be responsible for the reprinting and any associated costs. 

We will however provide you with a 15% discount upon reprinting as a goodwill gesture.

Things you should know before you ask for your money back

We offer a money back guarantee for printing that prints incorrectly provided the files supplied are as per specification for our presses. Whilst we may accept files that are supplied incorrectly, the onus is on you to supply your artwork correctly to us. If files are supplied correctly and are printed incorrectly, then we will reprint immediately at the expense of Ready Steady Print.

If your not 100% satisfied with your printing, simply call Customer Service on 1300 601 609 within 5 days from the date you receive it, and we will reprint part or all of your order. In some cases, we may refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping, postage and processing costs.
